AIM is a global pharmacy network connecting Deans and their leadership teams to a wealth of resources for ehancing the educational, scientific and service mandates of your role as a leader within your University. It is the only global network across all continents, providing connectivity into the network of FIPEd and the broader FIP acitivities and initatives. This year we will be examining ways to develop a strategic perspective foryour school, strategic planning for the future and managing change within your schools. The sessions will be very interactive with many 'take-home' messages.
