Professor Joon Seok Bang received his bachelor's degree in pharmacy and his master's and PhD degrees in clinical pharmacology in Korea. He earned a PharmD degree from St. John's University in New York City, USA, and also had experinces of clinical practice at the several pharmacies and hospitals both in Korea and the United States. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 15 years in R&D and business sectors. He is currently the head of Graduate School of Clinical Pharmacy and Healthcare Business Administration in Sookmyung Women's University. In 2017, at the 77th FIP World Congress, he is the chair of the LOC’s (Local Organization Committee) Pharmaceutical Program Committee as well as the organizer of Special Session (E14. Pharmacy in the Republic of Korea).
